Assistant Director, Annual Giving and Grants Management

St. Thomas Aquinas College invites applications for the position of Assistant Director, Annual Giving and Grants Management. The successful candidate will manage fundraising and engagement campaigns that increase donor participation and annual donations through audience segmentation, messaging and innovative multi-channel outreach. Serves as the technical expert, analytics point person and project manager for Annual Giving communication. Evaluates campaign performance and recommends appeal strategies. Responsible for an ongoing grants management program of federal, state, corporate and private foundation solicitation; and the preparation of appropriate grant proposals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university is required; 1-3 years' experience in Annual Giving and Event Planning with demonstrated record of accomplishment; strong interpersonal and written communication skills; computer literacy. Requires flexibility with work schedule and availability to work weekends and evenings when necessary.
